I. SUBJECTS OF APPLICATION
All product with Vsmart branded which are officially manufactured and distributed ("Products") by VinSmart Research and Production Joint Stock Company ("VinSmart").
II. POLICY CONTENT
VinSmart or VinSmart Authorized Service Center is obligated to provide warranty for products limited to the terms and conditions set forth below. Except for cases beyond the scope of the warranty, VinSmart and/or VinSmart Authorized Service Center will provide warranty for products and accessories accompanying the products under this policy, as amended and supplemented from time to time and published on the website: https://www.vsmart.net and construed as ("Scope of warranty"), specifically as follows:
1. Product Warranty Period
The warranty period of the Product is calculated from the date of purchase on the customer's invoice and/or the product is activated for warranty through the electronic warranty system of VinSmart, but must not exceed. the maximum period from the manufacturing date printed on the Product, the specific period for each product line is specified in Tables 1,2,3.
Product renewal period applies when products with hardware defect are discovered after customer has purchased the product and activated the warranty. The specific renewal warranty period for each product line is specified in Tables 1,2,3
During the warranty period, customers are warranted in the form of exchange/ repairing Products or replacing parts for free depending on the type of damage as assessed by VinSmart;
Products applying paper warranty card: including but not limited to separately purchased accessories such as headphones, charger, remote controller, charging cable, charging dock, power adapter .... Warranty for these products will be calculated according to the date of purchase and the conditions stated on the warranty card accompanying the product. Customers need to present this coupon when requesting warranty service.

2. Warranty period for free exchange
The warranty period of the Product has been renewed under the Warranty Policy is the remaining time of the product before being exchanged.
3. Limited warranty for replacement parts
3.1.At the time of replacement repair and the remaining warranty period of the Product is more than 3 months, the warranty period of the replacement part is calculated according to the remaining product warranty period;
3.2.At the time of replacement repair and the remaining product warranty period is less than 3 months, the applicable warranty period for the replacement part is 3 months from the date of completion of replacement and return of the product to customers;
3.3.At the time of replacement repair and the product is out of warranty following Warranty Policy, the warranty period of the applicable replacement part is 3 months from the date of completion of replacement and return of the product to Customer.
III. VINSMART RESPONSIBILITIES
If a defect is found or arises on the Product and requires a valid warranty within the warranty period, VinSmart will choose one of the following solutions, unless otherwise provided by law:
1. Free repair of defects or replace damaged components to ensure proper operation of the device; or
2. Replace with a new Product or another equivalent Product with the original Product.
Note: Replaced products and accessories are part of the warranty process, are the property of VinSmart and may not be returned. When the replacement or renewal is completed, the replaced or renewed Products must be returned to VinSmart and/or disposed of in accordance with the committed environmental protection standard.
IV. THE WARRANTY IS NOT APPLICABLE IN ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CASES
- Expired warranty
- Incorrect operation or not following the operation instructions (as stated in the Product Operation Manual or manufacturer's instructions provided with the Vsmart product)
- Consumable parts during use, except that the fault occurs due to a defect in the hardware or assembly;
- Damage is not caused by a manufacturing defect or by self-damage to the components which is a part of the product.
- Product is not distributed or manufactured by Vinsmart.
- External defects, including but not limited to scratches, dents, cracks or other external damage;
- The screen has equal or less than 2 faulty pixels.
- Damage caused by animals entering the product.
- Damages caused by the main power provider, TV service, internet or applications.
- Product damage resulting from use in combination with other non-genuine accessories, products, software, dependent equipment or other peripherals.
- Damage is caused by using a modified SIM card or a SIM card incompatible with the product SIM card size slot.
- Software, applications, and data are lost or damaged during use.
- Changes from service providers or applications that result in the inability to access or use those services or applications.
- Damage caused by force majeure or user error: due to accident, Act of God, volcano, earthquake, abuse, misuse, contact with liquid, damage/deformation by external force, fire or other external causes;
- Error or damage arising from any arbitrary repair, inspection, modification, assembly or modification in any way, including but not limited to altering the software, by other entity than Customer Service Centers authorized by VinSmart are out of warranty. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any Product that has interfered with system software, or operating system has been changed, including any attempt to unlock system software or make changes to the operating system but failure will not be covered under warranty;
- Product or a part of it has been modified (changing parts, modifying/interfering with software) in any form without the written permission of VinSmart;
- The model label, Serial number/IMEI of the product is torn and/or unreadable
- The IMEI/Serial number stored on the Product hardware and the IMEI/Serial number printed on the Product label do not match.
- The seal on the product (for products with seal) is torn or broken;
- The product has no warranty data on VinSmart's data system or no warranty card; or have a warranty card but not valid (For example: Information on the card is not filled out, erased or modified); Or do not have a valid purchase invoice proving the origin of the Product.
- All software incompatibilities, including operating system software, third party software, will not be covered under warranty.
* If the damage is out of the warranty scope, VinSmart can provide the Product repair service to the customer, but the Customer must bear all costs related to the warranty repair.
V. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Before customers receive warranty service, VinSmart or authorized VinSmart Service Centers may request customers to provide proof of purchase details, answer questions to support diagnosis any potential problems and follow VinSmart's process to get the best warranty service;
- VinSmart may conduct diagnostic tests on customers‘ products to identify the causes of failures/defects. Before returning any unit for service, customer should back up data and remove any confidential and/or personal information from the product. VinSmart is not responsible for damage or loss of any program, data, or removable storage media.
- Important: Do not open the VinSmart Product. Opening the VinSmart Product may cause damage that is not covered by this Warranty. Only VinSmart or a VASP should perform service on this VinSmart Product.
VI. WARRANTY SUPPORT INFORMATION
- Please access and refer to instruction on VinSmart website at https://support.vsmart.net before making warranty service request;
- If the Product still not working properly after following the instruction manual. Customers can consult information through the our support call center 1900-232389, or go to the nearest customer service center for support;
- Compliance with warranty procedures, repair instructions and acceptance of software updates are necessary to receive warranty support from VinSmart;
- To process warranty for the Products as prescribed, VinSmart uses the IMEI or Serial number and the date of activating the warranty on the system for warranty;
- In the case of Products not covered by this warranty policy, VinSmart will notify Customer of repair services, prices and other conditions applicable to repairing Products.
